Karrin has over twenty years of international human resources management experience with high technology media and marketing companies in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. She has held positions as Vice President of Human Resources for TiVo Corporation as well as EMEA and Worldwide HR Director roles for Silicon Graphics, and most recently was Global HR Director for NVIDIA Corporation. Karrin holds a Bachelors degree from California State University Chico and a Masters in Human Resources and Organisational Development from the University of San Francisco.

Our newest Partner Julia (Jules) joins us at a time of rapid growth and brings extensive experience in serving clients and candidates throughout the EMEA, Russia and CIS region. Jules is an executive search specialist in the Technology and Digital Media sectors, bringing proven experience to our broad range of talent management and HR consultancy practice. Born and raised in the Soviet Union she is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian and English. Her clients have included HP Software, Nimsoft, McAfee, QlikTech and Jive Software to name a few; all have appreciated her drive and passion to deliver speed, value and results to their executive search programme. If the best candidate is not already known to us, Jules will find them!
